What We Collect and Why
When You Send Us an Enquiry
The enquiry form asks for your name, email address, country, subject and message, and lets you add a phone number. When you send it, our website also records your IP address, your browser type and the page you came from. We use these to spot spam and misuse of the form.
We use your enquiry to read it and reply. We also email a copy to the address you gave, so you have a record of what you sent.
If your enquiry is about a country where a licensed Mini Melts partner operates, we may pass it to that partner so they can answer you directly.
Legal basis: our legitimate interest in answering questions about our products and business opportunities. Sending an enquiry is your choice, and we only use what you send for the purposes above.
When You Browse the Website
- Cloudflare delivers and protects this website. To do that it processes your IP address and browser details. It also gives us page view counts through Cloudflare Web Analytics, which uses no cookies or other data stored in your browser. Legal basis: our legitimate interest in running a secure, working website.
- Google Analytics runs only if you accept statistics cookies. It records which pages you visit, how you reached the site, your approximate location based on your IP address, and your device and browser type. We use this to understand which parts of the site people use. Legal basis: your consent, which you can withdraw at any time through “Cookie Settings” at the bottom of every page.
- Our web server automatically records each page request in an access log: your IP address, the date and time, the page requested, the page you came from and your browser type. We use these logs only for security and troubleshooting, not to track visitors. Legal basis: our legitimate interest in keeping the website secure.

Your data is therefore transferred to and stored in the United States and Singapore. If we pass your enquiry to a licensed partner, it also goes to that partner’s country. Our service providers may process it in other countries too.

A copy of your data. You can ask for a copy of the personal data we hold about you. You already have most of it: we email a copy of every enquiry to the address you enter as soon as you send it. The only other details our website keeps with an enquiry are your IP address, browser type and the page you came from. You can ask for those, or for anything else we hold about you, through the enquiry form.
Your first copy is free. We may charge a reasonable fee for further copies of the same data, and the law allows us to charge for, or refuse, requests that are clearly unfounded or excessive, for example because they keep being repeated.
You can also withdraw your consent to Google Analytics at any time through “Cookie Settings” at the bottom of every page.
To use any of these rights, send us a message through the enquiry form on our home page. We will reply within one month.
If you are unhappy with how we handle your data, you can complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office in the UK (ico.org.uk) or to the data protection authority in your EU country. We would like the chance to put things right first, so please contact us.
